University Policies
BYU policies are statements of principle that guide university affairs. All BYU employees and students are responsible for following BYU policies. The Integrity and Compliance Office oversees the university policy making process and the policy website where university-level policies are available.
Some policies are available only to members of the university community. Policies that affect people who visit or interact with BYU are available to the public.
The President’s Council approves all new policies and any changes to current policies. The policy manager and analyst collaborates with stakeholders and the President’s Council as part of the policy creation and revision processes. The ICO maintains all related records.
